Exchange + Return Policy
In-Store Return Policy:
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased in-store for in-store credit or exchange ONLY! All tags must still be attached, no make up or any type of other stain is allowed. Please be aware we DO NOT issue refunds under any circumstance. Once an item is shipped out and you have a tracking number the processing of your package is out of our hands as it has been taken to the post office.
If the new item costs less than the original, you will be issued the difference as store credit. If the new item costs more than the original, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Exchanging for a different size or item will require a $7 reship fee, located on my website.
- To return an item, please DM The Constellation Cowboy with your order number for the return address.
- Include whether you would like to receive store credit or exchange your item(s).
- Please note, you will be responsible for all return and reship charges.
- I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- Package your item securely in a mailing envelope or self-adhesive postal bag. We will not be responsible for any items mailed to the wrong address or if they are lost in transit.
- All shoes are ZERO RETURN POLICY
- ALL size 9 shoes ARE modeled shoes and may come with scuffed bottoms.
These shoes will never be on a models foot for more than 20 minutes as they are still brand new shoes for you.
Please note when purchasing a size 9 shoe there is also a 0 return policy regardless of the wear on the bottom.
All bodysuits are final sale due to sanitation purposes.
Any item that has rhinestones, pearls, and/or sequins are FINAL SALE due to them being fragile during the mailing process.
